About Idaho Alpha Master Chapter

Meetings are on the Second & Fourth Tuesday of each month. September-May.

We are a Boise Valley Council member chapter one of thirteen Chapters.

Our ages vary; however, our children are grown and you might say we have a lot of life experiences in the work force, home, raising families, community and in Beta Sigma Phi.  Our Women are Outstanding Women and Fun to be around!

Traditonal Chapter

Our Regular Meetings are September thru May on the Second & Fourth Tuesday of Each month.   We meet in each other's homes or activity rooms.  We set up a yearly program book.  We are a member of the Boise Valley Council of Chapters. We currently have 19 Activity Members and are always looking for women of like mind.  Many of our members are now
Torchbearers which is the highest degree attained in sorority.

Socials

As a Master Chapter, we work very hard on having FUN!

We have one social a month  by replacing the second business meeting.

Friendly Fridays once a month is where we support our local resturaunts to par take of their cuisine.

We attend the local plays, movies, museums, or what ever our Social Committee decides.

Committee Work
Community  Work

Committees you may work on are:  Social, Ways & Means, Service, Telephone, Yearkbook, public relations

Each Committee has a chairwoman and members from the Chapter.  The Committee decides the year's activities and the Entire Chapter carries out the work.  You really get to know each other personally and it is fun helping not only ourselves but others in the Community.

Our members are involved in the Community and as a Chapter we stay tuned into what is needed from us as volunteers.  We have, over the years, worked in many non-profit projects and continue to be available when there is a need for our Services.

We are a Cultural & Social Organization but recognize the need of others as well in our Community and around the World.
